I popped in here for an emergency massage and was enticed into joining the monthly massage club plan. Scheduled my next appointment, then unfortunately needed to reschedule. I called to so do and got a world of grief from the inept girl on the phone. Speaking of charges for reschedules, etc. etc. Love planning a stress relief session and getting jacked up on stress while on the phone with the company. Went down there as soon as possible to cancel my membership, no refund of course, and explained my position and why I was terminating. I recommend to anyone using the service- do not join their member club, the terms are impossible. They are good for a one off but if you have another masseuse, no need to switch.

I've visited Elements in Marlborough 4 times now and each massage was very good. The masseuse listened to what I needed and delivered. My hot stone massage relaxed me and opened up some needed relief in my back. However, the noise level outside the room was quite distracting. The walls are thin and the sounds from the break room tend to overpower the gentle music being played. If you can put those sounds out of your mind, you'll have a terrific experience. But, if you're like me, it will detract from an otherwise pleasant massage.

This massage experience was extremely pleasant. The therapists have a fantastic presence and are extremely knowledgeable in their field.
