It's a community theater with community actors. It's ok but definitely not professional. The place is old and rundown. Seats are dirty, damaged and uncomfortable. This explains the low ticket prices I suppose. Historic theater that in it's hayday must've been something but now it's just something else.

After watching "The Producers", I can honestly say the Sullivan County Dramatic Workshop was on a par with anything I have seen at Forestburgh and Shadowland. How exciting and surprising to find so much local talent in a community theatre. The only negative is the ridiculously low prices for tickets ! From the actors, lighting, sound, costumes, to the back stage work, this non-profit organization deserves much praise.
