They thought of everything in this place. We went here with a big group and tried almost all of what they offer. Zip line is a must! I am scared of heights but enjoyed the entire 2 hours and I think 6 zip lines that we went to. The staff were very professional, knowledgeable, and fun to be with. My kids tried the little zip line, tubing, and rock climbing. We went to the go cart and bungee dome jumping thing. We also went on top of the mountain using the ski lift. Like I said I was afraid of heights and was scared looking down but when I did I was just really amazed of how beautiful the place is.

We were there in January (& have been there in the summertime, too), and had so much fun with our grandsons, ages 6 & 10. The staff is great, and many activities for just about all ages - Good variety of waterslides - also hot tub for adults, and a "baby & toddler" section. If you stay the whole day, the value for the price is good, and if you attend at 5 pm till closing, the value is even better, and 3-5 hrs. non stop is still a good amount of fun and exercise. Food court is available, but some items are pricey - others not so bad in price. Very enjoyable time - We own at the resort, so we will be enjoying the water park several times.

Too pricey for the amount of things to do. Not bad if you are taking small children. If they expand the park it will be better

We were at the water park when it was only 20 degrees outside, windy and miserable and it was a real treat to be in our swimsuits by a pool! There are 3 wild tube rides, surfing, hot hottub and a lazy river. We are too old for the water park so we ordered beers and nachos, sat poolside and enjoyed the day. Games are the arcade can be expensive and the clothing prices are ridiculous so don't go to shop.I would do this again!

Recently used a Groupon package for the room and Water Park tickets. The water park had "mechanical" problems so the concierge said they will reimburse us for the tickets. We just had to fill out a "form". Now that we have traveled all the way home, an email from a mysterious John S. greets us saying the water park tickets were NEVER included. And we clearly chose and paid for the water park package. And btw, the power went out at the local utility while we were there.. and you guessed it, they don't even have generators. All the guests had to trudge through the snow storm for three miles to stay warm at their "welcome" center.

We have been to the water park twice - once in the summer of 2013 and once in winter of 2015. Overall it was a great experience both times. The only negatives were that there were long lines at the snack bar and then they were sold out of some of the main choices and the apparel shop was very expensive. The water park itself was terrific and my kids had a great time.

We went on a holiday weekend. It was packed. Had it not been for the long lines at the lifts, the long lines at the cafeteria, and the challenge to find a table for lunch I would have given four stars. As for the skiing – pretty solid. Plenty of artificial snow was made. Parking was close to the lifts.

It's a lot of fun esp if you have kids. We never waited long in line for the big slides but places to sit were few if you got there a few hours past opening time. The spas wer very crowded and it seemed that they let more people in than capacity allowed. It was a long weekend though so this may not have been typical. They have a large food section in there. Burgers, pricy. It was efficiently set up and didn't take long for my wife and I to dress out and use the lockers outside. The water slides are pretty awesome and a lot of fun.

This water park is perfect for families on a budget but wanting to try an indoor park. We stayed at a Motel 6, about 15 mins away for under $40 a night. The water park has 2 "hot springs" which was our favorite part! Learning that Great Wolf does not have any warming up areas like this, plus you have to pay for their hotel suites....I would still visit this park again. It is smaller, but get the twilight passes! They are less $ and you can have an enjoyable evening with your loved ones. It was very pretty inside with the pools and springs illuminated, not too busy!

So small, so crowded. Tiny changing and shower area. No hot water for shower. Make sure bring your own towel, otherwise you have to purchase one from them.

Nice day trip from my home, enough space for the number of people usually there, nice slides, clean, nice location of seats to watch the fun

We visit this waterpark every year in the winter, ever since it opened. Has always been pretty consistent. Quite a few people, but never over crowded, have always been able to find at least one seat to put our things on. What we like about this waterpark is that it isn't too big, so it's easy to keep an eye on the small ones. There are enough slides to entertain the whole family. What we also like is the absence of a indoor wave pool (I believe they have an outdoor one). When our children were smaller we would utilize the toddler area. Yes, small area, but adequate for the small bodies. Adult hot tub is nice and hot. The other hot tub is more like a warm tub, and kids are allowed in it. Locker area is a tight squeeze. Oh, lockers are an added expense. And the bathrooms are quite small too. The food is ok for a snack, not great for an actual meal. Kids love it here and have a great time. That is worth the price for us. Never had a bad experience here.

I like that it is 3 levels, you can see the kids from the bar or eatery...very colorful...just fun. Perfect space looks like it could get crowded...but they are expanding in the next few years so that would be just awesome. The resort is in the mountains but has the same attractions as if you were at the beach.

My fiancé and I decided to take a weekend getaway to Massanutten to unwind from a long work week. My sister owns timeshare at Eagles Trace, so that's were we resided. This was the first time I've ever been skiing so I was very excited to see what this resort had to offer. We live in northern VA so it only took us 2 hours to get there, I must say the scenery once you arrived there was breath taking. Check in was a breeze. The map they give you to navigate around the resort could use a face lift, it look like a 2 year old drew it lol, it was very confusing at first. You will encounter those group of individuals that will try and sell you some timeshare and other upgrades, but if you are not interested, simply decline and they will let you go on your mary way (at least their not intrusive.) I didn't have any grips about this place. The only change I would make would be to the Condo that we stayed in. When you stepped into the room it was like stepping into a time machine. The room had a 1970's vibe to it, the décor was outdated, floral curtains and linings, I wish they could put more effort into making the rooms more modern, it would go a long way. Was the room clean, it was immaculate, no complaints there. The kitchen was fully stocked, you had everything you needed and some. We had a beautiful fireplace in the living room, but of course it didn't work for us :( As far as food is concerned, they have restaurants located on the resort (we went to Fairway Resort) or if you want to purchase food for your room, they have a Food Lion located about 7 miles from the resort. The food tasted great and the service was prompt and friendly. We only did skiing and the tubing (The tubing sells out fast, I highly recommend you pay for a couple days in advance before you arrive.) The ski lopes were amazing; my fiancé said I was a natural on the slopes :) Overall the experience was great, the staff were friendly, the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, the only thing I would upgrade would be the décor of the rooms!
