This was a beautiful trail to get to the Au Sable River! There are stairs that lead down to the river and a bridge over the river.

Great little 4 mile trail that crosses the Ausable river. Flat so quite easy to cross country ski or run on. Beautiul pines and you cross a wooden bridge. The trail goes from North Down river Road to M-72. Close to the river is a wide open field - great place for a picnic.
