I went to take the kids one day to play mini putt. We hadn't been in about a year. The park was freezing cold and the mini putt was in serious neglect and I wasn't even sure the park was open. We never recognized any employees to try to pay for putting. If it actually costs something because it looked abandoned. The driving range area had people using the driving range area. The rest of the facility was clearly not being used.

No wonder why this place has almost gone out of business several times .... The service is awful, especially for the fitness center, not only is the part-time staff incompetent so is the director!

I went to check the place out and found that it seemed closed. No one available to talk to few people in fitness area but no one seemed to have any info. Place was very dirty took kids back across street to use restrooms at hotel.

Great place, amazing staff, and a good place for families and sporting activities or camps. Clean environment, with a very large parking lot, easy to find! They can give you good deals to Splash Lagoon which is right across from the facility so its very convenient. Their prices are fair, and its a great time! The campus is making great changes and upgrades that are making the facility an even better place. Cannot wait to see what other changes they will be making in the near future.

We just visited Erie and were looking for something to do on a rainy day. Came across Family First Sports Park and we stopped. It looked dead. My husband went to the door and it was open. He walked all through the arena with no one stopping him. He went into rooms and the gym and could not find anyone. He walked out and came back to the van where we were waiting. We found an employee in the parking lot and he said that the business was closed for now. He explained that the new management has let the place go and its not open right now. Very disappointing. My husband said there are basketball hoops inside, a soccer field, go karts, etc. Why not let people come? We would have spend money there that day. Instead, we went down the road to Chuck E Cheese!

Clean park, large paring lot, easy to get to, much variety and not real expensive. You can pay for each attraction separate. Large arcade. Go carts and bumper boats etc. NO DISLIKES !

The Laser Tag at Splash Lagoon is a fun attraction that is inside the parking lot of Splash Lagoon, but is not connected. (You have to walk outside to get in.) It is a rather small place that offers a fair amount of obstacles (such as posts and walls), but not too much in the way of things you can hide behind for long. There isn't a ton of strategy in this version of the game, and it is all played on a single level (no stairs, etc.) Also, you should know that you can purchase your playing time at the Splash Lagoon front desk and be given a discount for your games. The games last 20 minutes each. This is a fun attraction, but no better than most other laser tags (and simpler than most). It is fun, and worth the price.

This is one of the few indoor golf domes in this area of long extreme winter weather. That fact alone makes this a must for golfers. It is on par with any others I've visited.

I enjoy utilizing the golf dome in the winter time to practice my golf swing. I go and practice every chance I get when the dome is open.

We recently hosted an event for approx. 2,000 people at their facility. My original reservation was for the Basketball courts. Instead they scheduled basketball in there and kicked my company out with a sorry. Eventually, we were able to work it out that we could use both soccer courts BUT we had to pay $1,000 more than we were originally quoted. We were to set up on Friday night with the assistance of their staff, whom disappeared for 2 1/2 hours. When one of the 3 came back he smelled of alcohol. The other 2 did not return until after I called their cell phone and left a message for them to call because I was going to call their supervisor. The 2 of them set up chairs and bleachers and we weren't out of there until 2:00 a.m.(we started at 8).The day of the event we were 2 hrs. into the program and the water main broke. Staff hid in the office and did not want to be accountable for the disaster. (Except Kiley and Kyle and one other maintenance worker)We had no toilets or running water for over 4 hours. They finally contacted a Porta Potty Co. who came and placed the porta potties about 2 hrs. before the event was over. In the meantime, the people were asked to go into the freezing cold to (2) of their other buildings on sight. The problem was that no one had salted the parking lot. They had to "call someone in" to do it!The place was dirty, the hallways cluttered , and there was absolutely NO security when the building was open. Anyone could have walked in without their staff knowing it, because their staff was very difficult to find for help. Kiley and Kyle are the best employees that they have. I was told by the director that the guy in charge of the event had a "meltdown". Nice to know how professional some of the staff is.Unfortunately, their lack of communication and lack of commitment to their employer, their job and customer service has reflected badly on our business. Everything that had been promised at our walk through meeting on 12/3/13 was news to the staff on the weekend! How can that be when they were at the meeting? They blamed every problem on Paul, the director. All they did was mutter and complain about how put out they were to be there. To the owner of Family First...you have an amazing facility which has never reached its' full potential. The staff you hire is your biggest problem. You've invested so much $$$ already...invest some more and hire a professional staff.

Stayed there for a camp recently and between the mold growing on the walls and the broken doors, I seriously doubt we will ever go back. The staff was as helpful as they could be given the circumstances, but the owner really needs to invest some money in renovations. This place is really falling apart.

No one knows what is going on. The staff and management are clueless!! Only a few bumper boats worked, the ropes are closed, the batting cages are old, and there really wasn't anything else to do. Odd times for it to be open.

There's video games, go-karts, indoor driving range, putt putt, rock climbing, bumper boats, batting cages, and some other stuff. It's a good way to spend time with the kids and its fairly inexpensive.

We went to go play at this place but when we tried the door it looked closed. The doors we tried were locked at 1pm and it looked like the arena door. The parking lot was empty so we thought it was closed and left. Maybe try more doors or call before you go.
