This is a very difficult play to produce as it has many themes (death of a child, suicide, relationship difficulties) that are painful to experience even vicariously. The actors of this community theater (Davidson Players) did an outstanding job. The venue is an old church converted to a theater. The new seats are a vast improvement over the old pew like seats.

We went to see the performance of Dixie Club Swimmers. Such a delightful, funny and poignant story telling of friendship over decades. The 5 women were excellent. The theater itself is funky and enjoyable to be in.
