My little guy and I had a good time jumping during the younger child jump time. We were the only people there! I think if there were more people there, it would have been more difficult with my 2.5 year old as he needed a lot of help on the slides and obstacle courses. The inflatables are fairly worn and have seen better days. The woman working was friendly and extremely helpful.

We had our twins 4 birthday party here and had 28 kids running around enjoying the bounce houses and the toddler area also the tables. Service was very good and againit was very affordable . My girls had a great party and we will going there again for just play.

Children do seem to have a good time here. Inside the entranced area a few people were complaining about the temperature being too warm. This is the area they have their snack foods. The carpeting there could've used some cleaning. Children can and do get hurt playing. I saw one child had gotton injured while there. I highly recommend for anyone to ask them for a copy of " ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISK" to take home and READ IT WELL. I did sense I wasn't the one who signed. You must sign one of these before the children can play there.

My girls, ages 8,8, and 4 all enjoy going to Jump Zone. I don't find it as comfortable for me as other bouncy house places in the area. But, my girls have fun and that is most important.

This place is not too crowded. Divided into two rooms. Limited for 2 hours at a time.

The staff kids were very nice and helpful, the management needs to work on their people skills. Know up front parents are NOT allowed to jump with their kids. Even if they need help. The staff is helpful taking the children around. They seem a bit stressed, the turn over is high, never see the same staff except maanager and owner. Could be a bit cleaner.

I brought my 3 year old girl here by ourselves and she wanted me to jump with her in the bouncy houses. The girl on staff said she could not let me bounce but she could go with her. It was great and my daughter loved it. We will definitely come back.

Clean, well run bounce facility. Great for burning off some energy but can get packed on rainy days. My only with would be for more comfortable seating for the adults!

At first glance this place looks like it would be great, but the bounce houses are really huge and it's hard for smaller kids to play. The baby play area is nowhere near the bounce houses so basically I had to leave my 3 year old alone while my 1 yr old played in the play area. Not a fan of the layout. My 3 yr old still had fun!

I brought my little cousin to this place, he's five and can have fun jumping on a couch. He was ready to leave in twenty minutes. Disappointing.

This is a great place to let your kids get out of the car and run around for a bit. It is indoors, so it is a stop you can make in any season. My three year old daughter loved jumping around in the bounce house and going down the huge fire truck slide. She was a little too scared to try the pirate ship (because it was dark), but she had a really good time. Our one-year old wasn't old enough to go on the play equipment, but he enjoyed the toddler area and running around in the wide open space between the food court and the inflatables. The pizza and soda at the food court weren't the best I've ever had, but they were a decent way to get lunch while the kids got some exercise.
