They have a nice view but parking is not good for any of there events.. there prices are hype and they keep changing the place from bad to worse.. high prices for bad quality food .Now there going into a party center.. :(( couldnt make it with the restaurants they have tried since the get go..I know as I am a local. not enough handicap parking either. For there johnny appleseed and other events ,its a zoo to find parking or even to get onto Pearl road as the traffic keeps whipping by. They need a traffic light to make it safer and more accessible. Now it seems that to make it work financially..they are gearing things for kids.. and weddings. they need to pick One! good luck

We love maple side especially durning the fall season! The owners are always thinking of new and exciting things for the kids. I love the creativity. I also think that maple side is a huge part of the brunswick community! So blessed that we live so close and get to experience it anytime we want!

This used to be the place to go for fresh fruit and bakery items. They have closed their bakery and now only have a small case. The place is pretty empty. The gift shop is about half of what it used to be. I can't see the place staying in business. The restaurant has changed names several times and it not what it used to be. Very disappointing!

This has been the 2nd year in a row that I have purchased the family membership. It includes the Friday night concerts, daily admission to the jump park, admission to the themed weekends in the fall, admission to special events like the Johnny Appleseed Festival, etc. The family membership was $100 and we more than made up for the price as many times as we attended. Sometimes I would take the kids on a weeknight just to get some exercise on the jump pillow. I do have to say that this year's attendance on the themed weekends was quite a bit higher than last year. I admit that the price is a bit steep for a one day outing. We tried the zombie paintball one year and was disappointed with that. Sitting on a trailer with a mounted paintball gun just didn't appeal to us, particularly for the price.

Mapleside is a great place for family and friends to gather for a nice meal or cocktail. It's a bit pricey for the quality of food. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Overall great spot to visit in summer and fall!

Mapleside has gone through a lot of growing pains; we've been coming here for decades and the place, while looking basically the same, does not have the same vibe as in years past. You can still get apples and cider and such, but come on...paintball and superhero day? Morphing does not always work. The restaurant has always been meh. Save your money and go elsewhere.

My family and I went to Mapleside yesterday for Superhero/Princess day. It cost 12.00 dollars just to go in to play on the swings or to walk around almost anywhere by the apple orchards and such? We ended up not doing that. We went to eat at the restaurant and I was very disappointed. There was plenty of tables open, yet it took the hostesses about 20 minutes to get our table ready(when we already waited for another 40 minutes beyond that). The bathrooms had NO toilet paper and a line out the door for only two bathrooms(Poor kids if they have to go bad). We thought the food would be good, yet again it was moderate at best. The pasta was brought out cold so three of my family did not eat together. This is very sad and disappointing to me because I used to go with my family every year. Under new ownership, it has never been the same. I would love to see the pricing more family friendly, which Mapleside always used to be. I would go elsewhere every year for our fall festivities.

Well I paid 20 per person to go to the zombie paintball, and the experience was pretty lame.First we got there for the 9 pm time slot and waited for 45+ minutes to get our scratched up eye protection. Couldn't see much. Exchanged for similar deal, oh what's the big deal, right?Got on the wagon with my hopper of 100 paintballs. I saved my shots because I wanted it to last. I fired 10 shots each at the first three stops. Then I was out. I looked at my daughter she said the same thing. He put some paintballs in hers but he said wait for the reload stop. 10 bucks per extra balls. I said nope! I enjoyed watching the other people shoot the paint covered blobs that were supposed to be "zombies" I kinda realized this was a lesson learned. The good thing was that they were shutting down the food vendors and I grabbed chili and corn dogs for less than posted- discounted corn dogs.... For the win!

We had so much fun with our 1 and 3 year old boys at Pumpkin Village! Tons to do... Went on a cold Sunday morning so the lines weren't bad at all. One thing I would recommend is... BRING EXTRA SOCKS!!! They cannot wear shoes on the giant bouncy thing .... But it was wet on the blob as well as around the perimeter. Saw so many poor kids with soaked socks... We had our kids just go barefoot so at least they could have dry feet the rest of the time, but wish we would have had extra socks for that. Giant slide, hayride, pig train, playground area, and corn mazes were all very fun!

We have gone every year for brunch at Mapleside Farms. Last year we were not pleased with the brunch at all but decided to try it again yesterday. It was worse! The food was greasy and the roast beef extremely fatty. The selection of entrees was poor. The only dessert was a stale danish out of a box. Overpriced for the worst buffet in town. An apple farm should serve apple pie even if it's the only dessert served. The restaurant was so dark and lacked any cheerfulness. The service was average and when we shared our experience with the manager she could care less. This place is extremely over rated and commercial. We will NEVER return and will not recommend it.

I had to cut my own roast beef at the carving table. Nobody was there for about 15 minutes. Everything had been "out" for a long time. There were few selections I could identify without help from my friend. The breaded fish was rock hard and cold...etc...etc...etc. The lady serving drinks was nice and tried to be very helpful. The Browns were losing on the TV in the bar adjacent to the buffet and it seems most customers drifted into that area....maybe even some staff. The brisket was good but that was it. The bread might have been there from the breakfast buffet which ended three hours earlier. Unfortunately nobody removed the dirty dishes and frying pans from the morning offerings. I went through 5 plates until I got one that was not so dirty. All I could think about was that it ain't what it used to be. I traveled 80 miles round trip to enjoy the Mapleside Farm experience. I'm glad I went but I don't think I will ever eat there again. The restroom was spotless and had very hot water. The bartender was pleasant and busy and my restaurant bill was not overpriced even with scary food. I was also unimpressed with the bakery being Corbo's........so....no big deal. I will be looking for another destination this time next year. However, there were lots of people enjoying themselves. Traffic had to be controlled and overflow parking was needed. People were lined up in the gift shop, the bakery, and at activities outside. There were hundreds of children, parents and shoppers. The restaurant was not busy and now I know why.

My family and I attended the Johnny Appleseed Festival and Pumpkin Village this weekend. The festivities were great and we had a great time at the attractions. However, when we went to purchase items at the applehouse, I received horrible customer service. The cashier got a personal call while ringing me, and I was totally ignored. She continued to talk until I politely asked her if she was ready to ring me. When she did, she really wasn't paying attention to what she was ringing. Fortunately for me, I was paying enough attention to notice that I was charged for items that I didn't purchase. Worst of all, she didn't even hang up the phone until I told her that there was a problem. What a sour end to an otherwise sweet day.

Apples and produce are not always fresh. I've been to other local apple farms and picked or just bought bagged and they are much better and cheaper. Restaurant I've been in twice and bad service as well as the food. Kids meals are terrible it was served cold and looked like scraps from another dish. They didn't seem to care about that when I told them.

A friend and I went there for dinner after the 're-launching' of the restaurant that had been closed for some time. The food was very ordinary and, frankly, rather pricey for what we got. I do not plan to visit in the future.
