d four grandchildren with us varying from 16 to 4years.this was an ideal area for them, the 4 and the 6 year old played on the very clean beach, cleaned every morning, the two elder ones went swimming.The expected drink,ice cream and snacks were a plenty just off the beach, generally a very family orientated area.recommended if you have kids.

This a great beach for kids who just want to splash around and are not expert swimmers yet. Our 2-year old loved splashing around on the shore and fetching water. There is an especially shallow area towards the harbour which is like a swimming pool and also gets the sun the longest.

I was sceptical of the shingle instead of sand but actually it was really nice. Lovely bars on the beach, crystal blue water and fantastic views of the mountains. My only personal thing was there are some areas with seaweed which I just have a personal thing about but I am being picky because there wasn't much.

The beach is so long and you can walk from Aguadulce to Roquetas del Mar in 1 hour. There are shower so you can get the sand of your feet and the water was nice

We liked the location of the hotel right on the beach. The hotel was only 20 minutes in a taxi from the airport. The resort was very quiet with no loud English bars. There were no shops, but chemist near hotel.

This public 'Blue Flag' beach, while administrated by the Ayuntamiento de Roquetas del Mar (District Local Authority) is actually in the separate town of Aguadulce, Almeria Province. It forms the eastern end of a run of beaches of some 10 kms that stretches around the bay connecting the two towns and beyond. The beach is wide, clean and well maintained. Facilities are good including toilets, showers, disabled access ramps and water entry equipment, life guard stations, waste bins, and numerous areas of children's play equipment (shaded by palm trees.) The Eastern end of the beach is bordered by the Puerto Deportivo Aguadulce (Marina) where a sailing school, diving and boat hire are available and the marina is surrounded by bars and restaurants . Along the beach are several chiringuitos and bars. The Paseo is a paved palm tree lined walk that overlooks the beach and stretches all the way to Roquetas. This beach is of a very fine shingle and sandy in places but still good for sandcastles etc. There is street parking along the Paseo, including some blue badge disabled bays.

Lo cosmopolita del lugar. Es un sitio abierto a todo el mundo y al mismo tiempo no está absolutamente explotado. Personalmente me recuerda a mí tierra (Málaga) en el pasado siglo en que empezó a despertar el bum turístico y nos convertimos en tierra acogedora internacionalmente.

Entre Almeria y roquetas se encuentra Aguadulce con unas playas limpias, que tienen servicios, chiringuitos, y algunas zonas de diversión sin estridencias. Cuando el viento de levante sopla fuerte hay olas y cuando es de poniente no pero el agua esta fría.

Una playa en la que conviven familias con niños ya que la playa es muy acogedora y al mismo tiempo mucho ambiente de terrazas tiendas eso si para quien pueda escaparse sin niños .

Me sorprendio que aunque no era temporada la limpieza la hacen a diario supongo que para el verano tiene que estar estupenda felicito a los señores del Ayuntamiento por este esmero de tener las cosas en su punto y limpias, a nivel servicios muy bien duchas, lavabos, señalizacion, paseo, aunque siempre hay algun incivico de deja la tarjeta de su perro ... una pena y entorno muy bien ... ¡¡ FELICIDADES DE NUEVO !!!

Paseo marítimo muy tranquilo y agradable, aunque los chiringuitos son un poco caros. Esta muy cerca del hotel, se puede ir andandio
