It was an adventure I wouldn't forget. My friend and I decided to go to Santiago de Compostela from Vigo. The bus luggage compartment was full so I had to bring my luggage to the bus with the Pilgrims. Surprisingly, it was an interesting, beautiful and historic place. Walked up the steps. Beautiful small shops and also lots of Tapas to eat. Lovely night ambience too..

I walked the last 130 kilometres to end up to Santiago..It's worth it!!!!Walking and destination is a lifetime experience!!!The casco antiguo of the city is perfect!!! You think that you walk and breath some centuries ago!!!

Although it was Three Kings holiday and very quiet, enough bars and shops were open to make it interesting. Great for a family outing!

Old town of Santiago de Compostela is for me the most beautiful place in Spain. Small streets, several shops, and a lot of very good restaurants. The best octopus style a la gallega. You can see octopuses in vivo and choose one you like to eat. This city is almost heaven!

you don't have to be a pilgrim to enjoy the Casco on your way to the Saint. A very special place mixing the past with modern life. and also a Food Heaven
