Beautiful. This stadium is the example of the future sports stadiums. It is auto suficiente, beautiful and well located.A place to visit, you can also attach a visit to the museum because it is in the same place.

Well if I'm honest I got mixed opinions about this place, the stadium tour was average and nothing stood out, we went throughout the cliche stadium tour places (players tunnel, press conference room, presidents box, away dressing room, mixed room and pitchside) and as the Stadium is relatively new there isn't much to talk about, the tour guide as well didn't make it any better, even for a sport and stadium lover I found it kind of dull and boring. In the other hand, the museum is probably one of the best football club museums I've been to, gives a really really good insight into the past, present and future of the team, and it covers EVERY aspect of the team. Not only that but it is really really interactive as well and there's plenty of media to keep you interested. My verdict: Stadium tour: 2 stars  Museum: 5 starsIf you're gonna visit this stadium just come in on gameday, you'll see as much as you see on the Stadium Tour plus you will experience the great atmosphere first hand. But if you have time to spare (because it's really big) go to the museum, it may take you a whole afternoon if you read throughout everything, but if you're a really big football fan you're bound to enjoy it.By the way, compared to other stadiums in Portugal and other attractions in Porto this is really expensive, if I were you I wouldn't prioritize my visit to this place.

One of the best football stadiums I've been. Worth the visit and the time spent there. I totally recommend it especially if it's match day.

This is the stadium for FCP (Futebol Clube do Porto - Oporto Futebol Club)You have nice parking, a trade center next to it and an hotel. Don't forget to visit the FCP museum with lot's of trofeus and medals.

Unbeliviable atmosphere at the game in the audience! This was our first time in "big leagues" game. Never seen so many people in one place and never heard whistle so loud. Tickets were cheap and it was great to see the organization was taken so far with all the security etc. Never seen anything like this before!

Imagine visiting the house where champions are born and where all the other want to pay them their tribute. That is Estádio do Dragão. A name taken by FC Porto fans nick name, better know as The Blue Dragons. Built in 2004 right 300 metros down of the old local team stadium, Estadio do Dragao is the first place where Messi officialy played in Europe, as the opening match was FCPorto-FCBarcelona. A visit around the stadium is very much exciting because you are able to go and to visit and to feel every corner of the stadium except one part: the FCPorto´ locker room. Always exclusively open just to the players in order to keep safe their secrets and all the centenary club mystique. If you´re a football fan then the Dragon Stadium is a must go in your next trip to Porto. Special hint: In case you´re lucky once in town do not miss a FCPorto match ´cuz you will be thrilled with the devoted atmosphere.

This recent soccer stadium (built in 2002 for the European Football Championships) is really amazing. I'm Italian and I worked for 2 years in the "Olympic Stadium of Rome"... even, I have seen others stadium (as "San Siro - Giuseppe Meazza" in Milan): this is a different stadium built to really enjoy a soccer game. You can have the best view of the game from anywhere. Logically, "Porto Fc" is the unique team that play in it... but this is a magic team, full of tradition and with a great quality. "Os dragões" ("Dragons") are the fans of this team. You have to enjoy a Porto game in this amazing stadium: it's really worth! The stadium also has a museum that contains all the most important moments in the history of the club.

Great football stadium but the tour was underwhelming. Not helped by the young guide having a very quiet voice.Highlight was sitting in the presidents seat but the tour taught nothing about such an interesting club and stadium.

After some consideration I choose to visit this place above the Estadio da Luz in Lissabon. The city of Porto just breathes football and produced some of the best (and most expensive) players and trainers on this planet. Furthermore fellow-countryman Steven Defour just left the club, so I wanted to have a look at Estadio do Dragao. The stadium is easily accessible by metro, as it is the end of the line. We paid 8 euro`s each person for a guided tour and saw the visitors dressing rooms, presidential suites and press conference room. I particularly liked the wall with names in typical Portuguese white and blue tiles It was however strictly forbidden to walk on the grass and it seems the stadium is quiet `open` and leaves you almost unprotected against sun, rain and wind.

Went to see FC Porto v Braga whilst on short break. Tickets easy to purchase from club shop in city. Easy access via metro, the stadium is very impressive and spotlessly clean, English clubs could learn a lot. Despite the fact that alcohol is permitted, we saw no signs of the anti social behaviour so common in the UK, and we were made to feel very welcome.Oh, and the game was good, too!

hubby wanted to go on tour,so we did.have got to say i really enjoyed it we did the tour and the museum.the ground is worth a visit, the guide was a passionate supporter.the museum is well worth the price.the club has so much history, and you lose track of how long you are in there.would have loved to watch a match there but we missed that by a day. the stadium tour and the museum tour cost 15 euros for both,it is well worth it.

Followed the arsenal in the champions league to Porto in what was a dead rubber and poor game, but it was made up by the good facilities and friendly home support in this magnificent stadium. It had good train links to the city centre and we visited a near by shopping centre for food after the game. Enjoyable visit.

I went with my 4 years old kid to the Dragon Stadium. I was a little afraid in terms of security when I've got there. We had no problems at all. Dragon stadium is ones of the best stadium in the world. First class, it gets empty in five minutes with its 28 doors. On the next day I went to the Museum. It worth a visit.
