Our wine tour and lunch date took us out of the city into the rolling Hungary countryside. Evelin met us out front with her wonderful dog. She was a charming hostess for the entire afternoon during which we sampled different wines including some home-grown. A wonderful meal was prepared by her spouse and the afternoon ended with a tour of the wine cellar and a delightful song performed by Evelin. All in all a very comfortable and happy afternoon.

Very enjoyable afternoon - seeing beautiful countryside, fields of sun flowers and wine cellars in a new and upcoming wine area close to Budapest. Tasted some new wines and had wonderful Hungarian meal with welcoming guide and hosts. Worth a visit

Stopped over to taste wines and eat and it turned out that evening was a scheduled Spanish/Hungarian folk performance featuring Evelin! We were left speechless by the beauty of her music, and the delicious wine and home cooking made it a special evening. We insisted on buying a young wine that hadn't been labeled yet, and they even sealed it for us on the spot. Can't recommend it enough - get out to Etyek and enjoy the wines and wonderful people.

We had a wine tour in Etyek that ended in EtyekM. The wine tour was the highlight of our trip! We got to taste many young and fresh quality wines. Food in EtyekM was great traditional Hungarian goulash soup and the atmosphere was very welcoming and felt like an evening spent with good friends at the backyard.

We just returned to our hotel from a fabulous evening with Mate and Evelin. They were both exceptionally warm and welcoming. We were made to feel very comfortable in their unique home. Both the food and wine were terrific, but for us the conversation was the hi light of the evening. Going to a restaurant is something that you can do anywhere--this was an exciting experience. Don't miss this!

Mate and Evelin are very nice, open and hospitable couple. Their friend picked up from hotel and brought us to this fantastic place. The scenery is breath-taken .The food was incredible and actually it is not a surprise cause Mate is real proficiional of cooking. Evelin made us unforgettable excursion throughout the vineyard and also we were tasting different sorts of Hungarian wine in their winery . For us it was unforgettable experience and I do recomend this place as the best opportunity to get familiar with Hungarian cuisine, wine and amazing people.
