It's not an easy thing to do but it is worth it as our guests get to have extra virgin olive that tastes great and is also wonderful for their health. Yes the wine is great from our local partners in Vodnjan. The oil is our own, however having other locally produced products such as soaps, lavender, ceramics and olive wood is important for us. We believe that is both good for the environment and for local jobs to source around the Vodnjan area. We really need go no further as the best of this region is really excellent. Furthermore, knowing and trusting our partners means we can keep our promise of quality to you, through not only our oil but through all we have in the shop. Thanks for the review.

Thanks very much for the kind words. Not many believed that making a really nice space in Vodnjan is worth the effort, but we believed it was. As Vodnjan is the home of Istrian extra virgin olive oil and also where we grow our olives and make our oil, this was the place we were always going to be. It's so nice to get this type of feedback of our lovely guests.

Thanks Siv & Stine,Yes we had much rainy weather this summer but all seemed to really enjoy our tours, exploring the grove with us and learning about the growing process. The one thing we can say is that although the rain might have dampened a few days it has really helped the olive for the next season.Thanks for the feedback :-)
