came down to Mclaren Vale for a trip on a Sunday and decided to visit Rosemount.normally not a fan of the larger wineries but they have a good selection and were selling wines at unbelievable prices too!The staff were very friendly and happy to talk and help us broaden our wine knowledge.Also they had an art exhibition from a local artist and any business that supports a small local business is a winner to me.

This is a popular and busy attraction but the room where they do the wine tastings is quite large and has seating. It was a hot day when we visited and they were offering a variety of tasting but we loved the Rosemount O which is a sparkling Moscato style drink, low in alcohol, and a little sweet. The staff made a type of cocktail with lime juice, ice and crushed mint which made it less sweet. We were so impressed we bought a few bottles to have over New Year's Eve.

Selection of wines is broad and the staff friendly and informative. Parking would be a problem when busy. Inside the Cellar Door area is extensive but limited outdoor area.

My partner and I visited this winery on a weekday so it was nice and quiet. The sales person was lovely and accommodating. Both my partner and I didn't know much about wines so the salesman took the time to explain terminology and the different types of wines. The Shiraz was delicious and if you like Tawny I highly suggest purchasing a couple of bottles.Overall a wonderful experience and we would definitely go back again.

Probably the best wine tasting experience ever. Simon Glade-Wright was simply incredible. He listened to our uneducated comments on his wines ( too dry, too sweet, whatever,) and he just came out with something to meet our individual taste. There is a case of wine and a price list in the mail as we speak. Well done Simon!!!. Old Benson fortified; yummy.

Loved the friendly service and great displays, It is also beautiful to sit outside overlooking the vineyards.They have lots of bits and pieces to purchase which will help you drink your wine more efficiently and in style. ALSO FREE COFFEE FOR THE DRIVER! Which I thought was good.

Friendly and very well informed staff who took their time to explain the unique flavours of their wines to help us enjoy the experience. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Walked into Rosemount whilst visiting a few wineries in the Mclaren Vale. There were four of us and we stood at the tasting area for about 5 minutes without being acknowledged. We all got fed up and subsequently walked out. Terrible service and overall experience.
