NZfrog
This park is in the northeast of Zhangye and can easily be reached with a taxi for 4 RMB (or by walking in about 45 min from the centre of town). In the past it appears that it was a large, natural wetland. About one year ago it was "upgraded" to a large lake within a park planted with trees. A nice place to go jogging or have a relaxed walk away from the busy city and all the historic sites.
